This is a small, sovereign practice. These terms exist to make sure we both know what to expect — nothing more, nothing less.
The Work
The Whole-Person Reading is an astrological and integrative reading delivered via email in six sections, followed by a permanent PDF document. It is not therapy, coaching, medical advice, or psychological treatment. It is a map — precise, personal, and delivered with care.
By purchasing, you confirm that you understand the nature of this work and are entering into it with your own free will and discernment.
Delivery
After payment is complete, you will receive a link to your intake form. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to submit your completed intake. Once your intake is received, your reading enters formulation and delivery begins within 10–14 days.
If your intake is not submitted within 90 days, the reading expires. If circumstances have made that timeline genuinely difficult, reach out. I will be honest with you about what I can offer.
Refunds
If you have paid but not yet submitted your intake form, you are entitled to a full refund. Request it at info@hipturtleglide.com and it will be processed within five business days.
Once your intake has been submitted, refunds are not available. The work has begun. If something has gone genuinely wrong, reach out directly. I will be honest with you about what I can offer.
Privacy
Your personal information is held privately and used only to deliver your reading. See the full Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
