This is a small, sovereign practice. Your information is held with the same care I bring to the work itself — precisely, privately, and only for the purpose you gave it.
What I collect
When you purchase a Whole-Person Reading, you'll complete an intake form that asks for your full name, date, time, and place of birth, your email address, and your responses to the intake questions. That's it. Nothing is collected beyond what you offer.
How I use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to calculate and deliver your reading. Your birth data allows me to construct your Jyotish chart. Your intake responses allow me to meet you where you actually are. Your email is how I deliver the reading to you. Nothing you share is used for marketing, sold to anyone, or shared with any third party — ever.
Where it lives
Your intake form arrives in my email and is stored in a private, password-protected Google Drive folder accessible only to me. It is not shared with anyone. It is kept as a record of our work together and held with complete confidentiality.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. I do not see or store your payment information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled — you can read it at stripe.com/privacy.
Analytics
This site runs Squarespace's built-in activity log, which collects anonymous data about site visits — pages viewed, device type, general geographic region. This data contains no personal information and is not connected to you in any way.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, request that I correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me at info@hipturtleglide.com and I'll respond within five business days.
A note on sensitivity
The intake form asks real questions about your inner life. I am aware of the trust that takes. Everything you share is held in confidence and used only in service of your reading. I do not discuss client information with anyone.
